Do you accommodate nut allergies?

Yes. We do not use nuts of any kind at any of our food.

Do you accommodate shellfish allergies?

Yes. We do use fish sauce in our Mac & Kimcheese and Kimcheese sauce. However, unlike some fish sauces, ours does not contain shellfish. We do not use shellfish in any of our food.

what kind of oil do you use for frying?

We fry in soybean oil.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes. Gluten-free options are clearly marked on all of our menus.

Gluten-free tenders and drumsticks are also available with 24 hours’ advance notice from our West Seattle location.

Is your chicken kosher?

No. Our chicken is not certified kosher, and our breading contains buttermilk.

Do your main dishes come with a side?

No. Our menu is a la carte. The only exception is Nuggets & Fries, which includes fries.

Do you offer physical gift cards?

No. We offer e-gift cards (digital gift cards) that can be purchased on our website and emailed or texted to the recipient of your choice.

Do you have indoor and outdoor seating?

Yes. All of our locations offer both indoor and outdoor seating, with the exception of our West Seattle location, which has indoor seating only.

Are children allowed?

Yes! All of our locations are all-ages, including the Benbow Room.

When will you restock the spice shakers?

We’ve discontinued our spice shakers and will no longer offer them for sale.
